Manager, Order to Cash

Drive the performance, efficiency, and customer experience of the Order to Cash process across the Americas region for the Methacrylate Resins business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Operations, or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of end‐to‐end supply chain, logistics, customer service, and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and data analytics tools.
• Proven success driving process improvements, standardization, and organizational change.
