Process Engineer

The Process Engineer provides support for the Röhm America Production Site in Osceola, AR, Manufacturing Operation. This role is responsible for all aspects of process engineering for the safe and efficient operation of process equipment.

Requirements

• B.S. or more advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and international teams.
• Ability to read, understand, and modify schematics and other manufacturing process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to present detailed information across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work without guidance or supervision.
• Physical ability to work around and on industrial equipment, including frequent climbing of stairs and ladders and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas (respirator, safety glasses, gloves, steel toed shoes, and hearing protection).
