Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Roers Companies is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their team in Plymouth, MN. The successful candidate will support the organization's supply chain strategy by executing sourcing activities and managing supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Construction Management, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement support, or operations, preferably in a construction or project-based environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of sourcing and category management concepts
