Job Description
Roers is looking to expand its team of qualified Carpenters for current and future projects in and around Bismarck, ND. The company emphasizes safety, productivity, and quality while offering a competitive wage and benefit packages.
Requirements
- Follow and demonstrate Roers' Core Values
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props
- Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures
- Erect scaffolding and ladders
- Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures
- Install structures and fixtures
- Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard
- Inspect ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork
- Work with and/or remove hazardous material
- Construct forms and chutes for pouring concrete
- Cover subfloors with building paper
- Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard
- Perform minor plumbing, welding, and/or concrete mixing work
