Legal Nurse Consultant - Cleveland

We are seeking an experienced Legal Nurse Consultant / Nurse Paralegal to join our Medical Defense Team in Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a B.S.N. with minimum 5 years clinical experience and a valid state registered nursing license.

Requirements

• Provides consultation, research, and investigation of medical records
• Provides medical record chronology, summary, and/or analysis
• Research medical literature for cases
• Analyzes pre-deposition and post-deposition transcript data on expert witnesses
• Provides pre-trial and trial support for attorneys
• Investigates potential medical billing irregularities
• Researches and recommends medical experts
• Provides data and assistance to medical experts
