Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on delivering life-changing care. The Product Manager will be deeply embedded with clinicians, agency operators, and the engineering team to identify problems and ship solutions that make a real operational impact.
Live in the customer's world, own product discovery and direction, partner with engineering, work cross-functionally, and drive outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of product management experience, a technical background, and strong customer instincts. They should be a first principles thinker, comfortable making tradeoffs, and have a high ownership mentality.
