We are hiring a Founding Product Manager to evolve Alpaca Health from a provider-focused EHR into an AI-native platform that powers every side of our market: providers, families, referral partners, and even payers.
Use AI to prototype fast, build prototypes, own growth and conversion of patients, define the patient experience, build the provider growth platform, and do whatever builds the best product.
You are extremely ambitious and want to build category-defining products, AI-native, technical enough to understand how systems actually work, a builder, a strong product thinker, obsessed with customers, and thrive in ambiguity.
