Sr. Financial Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our Corporate team as a Senior Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for making positive impacts on customers and the communities where we live and work. The Senior Financial Analyst will play an important role in the overall management and development of the financial activities for overall Rogers Wireless service revenue and wireless equipment finance.

Requirements

• Strong technical accounting skills with an accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA) or MBA.
• 3-5 years of progressive financial experience
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
• Comfort and confidence in dealing with senior leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and competing priorities under short timelines
• Expert level working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating others
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and determined to learn and sharpen skills on an ongoing basis
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence across the organization
• Knowledge of Essbase and V21 is an asset
