Job Description
ROGII is seeking a Finance Director to lead the company's financial future, providing strategic guidance and navigating complex international tax and compliance. As a finance leader, you will partner with the executive team to develop long-range financial forecasts and capital allocation strategies, oversee global financial operations, and manage international tax structures.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive leadership in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years in a Director or VP-level seat within a high-growth environment
- Proven experience managing financial complexities of a multinational company
- Deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and complex revenue recognition
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
- Experience implementing or optimizing ERPs and BI tools
