Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience across GTM roles such as Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Product Marketing
- Experience as a first or early enablement hire in a scaling company
- Comfortable enabling complex, enterprise, category-defining products, ideally in B2B SaaS or applied AI
- Able to translate technical and AI-driven concepts into clear business value for sophisticated buyers
- Strong systems thinker who is also willing to execute hands-on
- Credible with senior sales leaders, executives, and customer stakeholders
