Customer Service Representative will discuss Rohrer services to customers, take orders, and enter details about customer complaints. They will also enter sample requests, match P.O prices, and attend production meetings.
Requirements
- Three to Five yearsā experience in related field (printing or thermoforming preferred)
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and vendors regarding orders
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of OMS systems
- Proficient computer skills, including fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong teamwork and leadership attributes
- Strong attention to detail to thoroughly complete work tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of paperboard and/or thermoforming firm preferred
- Customer service experience
- Capable of actively listening and comprehending to convey information effectively
