Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in secure or complex environments (e.g., Defence, Intelligence, Law Enforcement)
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
• Experience with business process modelling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management tools
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
