We're looking for an AI Operations Accelerator to join our team, responsible for accelerating client impact, protecting the customer experience, and reducing friction so we can operate at 5x speed.

Requirements

• Streamline & automate Ops workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes.
• Build internal tools: Create and deploy tools (often AI-assisted) that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks for Ops and our cross-functional partners.
• Improve speed + quality outcomes: Measure the impact of what you ship, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against our team goals.
