Job Description
Rokt is looking for a Revenue & Billing Operations Manager to own revenue and billing operations end-to-end, ensuring every invoice is accurate, every process scales, and every customer interaction is friction-free. The role involves partnering closely with various teams to translate complex commercial arrangements into automated, scalable billing workflows.
Requirements
- Own billing operations end-to-end across regions and products, delivering accurate, timely invoicing and responsive billing support
- Define and maintain billing policies, procedures, and quality controls
- Drive automation relentlessly to eliminate manual work and build processes that drive Rokt's rapid growth
- Partner with system and data owners to ensure source-to-invoice integrity, approvals, and audit trails meet SOX and internal control requirements
- Act as a key decision-maker for billing rules and workflows in partnership with GTM, RPD, Legal, and Finance
