Director, FP&A - Devices

Roku is changing how the world watches TV. We're looking for a skilled Director of FP&A to support the Roku TV business. This role will lead a team in San Jose and provide end-to-end FP&A leadership to support the Roku TV business and its leaders.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar analytical discipline; MBA from top-tier business school preferred
• 12+ years of FP&A experience at high-growth tech company (preferably in the consumer electronics industry)
• Exceptional communicator with ability to present concepts, recommendations and analyses to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and data; ability to apply in a summarized view in order to influence and drive effective decision making
• Strong problem structuring skills with a proficiency in hypothesis-based problem solving
• Unafraid of ambiguity. Rapid change and learning excite you, and you know how to find direction and craft a plan of action even when none is given
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
