Job Description
Roku is seeking a Senior Manager, AV & Events Technology to lead and oversee service delivery for in-room AV, live streaming, and executive productions. The role involves developing strategy, leading a team, and ensuring a high level of production quality and operational excellence. This position is a key contributor to building and scaling Roku's rapidly growing technology platforms and ensuring a seamless experience for consumers and partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years in AV/event production
- 5+ years leading teams in enterprise, broadcast, agency, or higher education environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- AVIXA CTS (CTS a plus)
- Project/program credentials (e.g., PMP/ITIL)
- Executive presence and communication skills
- Strong technical fluency in audio, video, lighting, room standards, and streaming workflows
