Sr. Financial Analyst

Roku is looking for an outstanding Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Platform Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong quantitative background and analytical mindset, advanced modeling abilities, and superior attention to detail. This role will play a critical role in providing senior management with an assessment of historical and forward-looking financial performance, including analysis of business performance and trends, risks, and opportunities, and communication of business insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy — top-tier pedigree expected
• Background in tech and/or media strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in financial modeling and Excel; experience with BI/data tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, SQL) a plus
• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and motivated to push their use in finance workflows
• Exceptional communicator - able to distill complex analysis into crisp narratives for senior executives
• Operates at every altitude: comfortable in board-level strategy and row-level data in the same day
• High ownership, low ego - no task too small, no problem too ambiguous
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Curious; a constant learner with a relentless drive to acquire knowledge and new skill sets
