Senior Consultant

We are hiring a Senior Consultant to shape strategy and lead complex projects in our Amsterdam office. As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze business challenges, develop data-driven recommendations, and guide clients in implementing strategies to drive growth and improve performance.

Requirements

• Academic university education
• More than 3 years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in strategic and/or operational roles
• Technical affinity and commercial insight
• Ability to think analytically and structure arguments clearly
• Experience managing others and delegating work to junior team members
• Excellent English language skills
