Requirements

• Excellent degree from a university or international business school
• Strong interest in the combination of data science, advanced analytics, and AI with classical operational topics
• Ability to translate complex operational problems into data-driven application cases and digital solutions
• Ideal first experiences with analytical tools and methods (e.g. Python, R, SQL, LLMs, machine learning)
• Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
• Experience abroad as well as very good German and English language skills
