The role involves advising companies on comprehensive restructuring and performance-enhancing projects, with a focus on insolvency-related consultancy.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration or business law with a focus on restructuring / insolvency administration
• 5-8 years of professional experience in advisory services or a law firm with a focus on insolvency administration
• Experience with liquidity and business planning in the context of StaRUG and insolvency proceedings
• Experience with comparative calculations (restructuring or insolvency plan)
• Analytical skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, team orientation
• Very good German and English language skills
