Requirements

• Excellent degree from a university or international business school
• Funded professional experience in the field of transactions (PMI, carve-out, private equity, M&A, etc.)
• Very good understanding of business economics and high numerical affinity
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured and goal-oriented work style, friendly and open communication
• Very good knowledge of German and English
