Job Description
The Business Analyst - Finance IT is responsible for being the point of reference for the FI/CO module, ensuring the continuity and evolution of financial and management control processes.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance/accounting (CFC or equivalent)
- Proven experience (at least 8 years) in management information systems, ideally in an industrial environment
- Mastery of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including interface and workflow management
- Knowledge of closing and analytical reporting processes
- Ability to analyze and model complex processes, propose innovative solutions, and write structured documentation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and SAP best practices
- Autonomy, solution-oriented, rigour, and sense of organization
- Versatility and ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills: easy communication with internal clients (Finance, IT, etc.), pedagogy, and ability to accompany change with diverse stakeholders
