We are looking for a Proximity Manager to lead a Logistics team and ensure the reception, preparation, and dispatch of Products & Resources for internal clients. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, EPF, Federal Logistics Diploma or equivalent, and at least 5 years of management experience.

- Pilot the performance of the entity using and developing various management and reporting tools to achieve set objectives
- Ensure the alignment of workload/capacity of colleagues considering the imperatives of internal clients
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, EPF, Federal Logistics Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management
- Knowledge of logistics flows and production management required
- Ease with SAP data management and performance management tools
- Good relational skills and good communication, listening
- Initiative and autonomous in decision-making
