Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist in Production (M/F) for our Production division. The main mission of this position will be to animate the approaches related to the respect and adaptation of quality criteria within the sector, as well as to actively participate in the continuous improvement of the quality of our components.
Requirements
- Ensure the respect of quality criteria across the sector by ensuring liaison with Experts.
- Guarantee the application of the control methodology and homogeneity of the reference.
- Ensure the relay between the sector and the quality technician by performing the remittance of information in case of incident or non-conforming products.
- Monitor the respect of methods and control tools through the realization of post-position audits.
- Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria of produced pieces.
- Realize weekly balances and ensure a transverse animation role of quality meetings.
- Ensure the maintenance of the required level for each controller in providing the necessary training and support.
- Participate in the formation, coaching, and control of aesthetic criteria of all sector collaborators.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality.
