Gestionnaire propriété intellectuelle (H/F)

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Manager (M/F) to manage portfolios of brands and models and related disputes. Responsibilities include managing trademark and model files, collaborating with consulting firms, and performing strategic monitoring.

Requirements

• Higher education preferred
• Confirmed experience in the field of intellectual property: trademarks (research, deposits, renewals, oppositions) and designs
• Experience in a consulting firm or within an intellectual property service would be an asset
• Mastery of French and English with very good writing skills in both languages
• Good team spirit and adaptability
• Proactivity and sense of initiative
