Job Description
We are looking for a strong Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects, protect margin, and drive results from kickoff through closeout. As a member of our team, you will have real growth opportunities, direct access to leadership, and strong field-to-office collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction
- Multi-Scope background including Dirt, Utilities, Concrete and Asphalt
- Strong understanding of job costing and contract management
- Experience managing projects $1M- $5M+
- Proficiency with construction software such as HCSS HeavyJob, Trimble Viewpoint Vista, or similar platforms
- Experience with public and private sector projects including Federal, State DOT, Municipal, and Private work
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and change order management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team contributor
