Job Description
Join our dynamic, fast-growing company as a Divisional HR Manager and work with our local management team to effectively manage human resources functions. As a business partner, you will administer staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation programs, while supporting multiple business units and working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Union Labor Relations and Contract Negotiations Experience
- 3-5 years of Strategic HR Partnering experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Employee Engagement
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or a Manager
