Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will review contractual requests, work with staff attorneys, and coordinate the contract approval process. You will also research and compile data, proofread documents, and prepare correspondence.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years experience as a legal assistant
- Good knowledge of organization, planning, records & office management
- Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office suite and Adobe
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in contract administration
