Job Description
ROLLER is a software-as-a-service company looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow their sales pipeline. The role involves inbound and outbound prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline generation, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is fluent in German, has a strong sales background, and is able to work in a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in German
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
