Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and improving manufacturing processes for both existing and new products.

Requirements

• Design fixtures and tooling required for various production processes
• Provide training and documentation
• Leverage engineering practices to gain a deep understanding of processes and its resources to enhance production
• Drive most resolutions without assistance
• Own new capital expenditure projects ($100K-$300K)
• Develop manufacturing capabilities for production to support new products to meet market demand
• Lead cost reduction efforts for processes by identifying waste, establishing best practices, and implementing better process methods
• Analyze costs and return on investment for processes or changes to existing systems
