Requirements

• Manage the entire activity of a Rompetrol station
• Coordinate and motivate a team to achieve success
• Open a company
• Have at least two years of experience in coordinating a team
• Have excellent sales skills and at least three years of experience in retail sales activities
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Have a medium level of education and conversational English skills
• Provide real guarantees (mortgage or bank deposit)
• Have a clean judicial record
• Reside in the geographical area where the station is located
• Have experience working in a fuel station and managing your own business (advantageous)
