Estimator

Fantastic Opportunity to Be Part of a Great Team! This position is responsible for preparing all parts of an estimate and carrying out other duties as required. You will report to the Supervisor, Estimating and Insulation Fabrication.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized engineering, architectural or construction management program is an asset
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the construction field in a similar or related position is preferred
• Commercial/Residential Roofing Knowledge is required
• Previous experience estimating projects is preferred
• Ability to analyze information closely, estimate, plan, and pay attention to detail
• Experience with sloped/tapered roof insulation
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel
