Job Description
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping our short-term rental homes functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You'll conduct inspections, restock supplies, prep for arrivals, complete light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues during and between stays.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
- Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and walking/standing throughout the day
- Strong communication skills and service-minded attitude
- Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
