Senior Accounting Manager

Roofstock is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Accounting to lead their general accounting team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical accounting skills and proven leadership experience.

Requirements

• Manage and oversee the full cycle of general accounting operations
• Assist in leading the monthly financial close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and supporting schedules
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 staff/senior accountants
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies in compliance with company guidelines
