As an Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in our organization, ensuring that our administrative processes run efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Requirements
- support the Resident Support Team with a wide range of administrative tasks
- manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- process and record incoming supplier invoices
- manage daily dunning runs and update debt collection actions with partners
- communicate with local authorities and external partners to complete and manage paperwork on behalf of tenants
- contribute to cross-departmental projects and take on additional responsibilities based on strengths
- improve and optimize administrative processes to support efficient operations
- take on assigned ad-hoc tasks related to administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and documentation management
