We are looking for an Expansion Associate to help establish Coliving in the Swiss market and expand our portfolio for our growing tenant base.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swiss German and good knowledge of the Swiss mentality
- Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Strong 'Sales Hunter' mentality for new acquisitions
- Good communication skills and a secure presence
- High level of personal responsibility, implementation strength, resilience, and flexibility
