Climate Advisory

We are looking for a Climate Advisory to support our customers in calculating their Corporate Carbon Footprint and setting Net Zero Targets that drive climate impact. No previous experience in the climate space is required, and we are happy to help you grow into a climate expert and thought leader at Root!

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with carbon accounting standards (e.g. GHG Protocol) and have delivered corporate carbon footprints end-to-end, for clients or in-house
• Comfortable in client-facing roles, managing multiple projects and building strong customer relationships
• Strong quantitative skills and can navigate complex datasets
• Organized and self-directed, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English
