Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

We are a mission-driven company building an industry leading incident management platform. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails to join our team and help shape our trajectory. This is a ground floor opportunity to be an early engineer and experience the balance of being scrappy and operating at scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with modern programming languages like Ruby/Rails, Javascript/Stimulus, Hotwire/ViewComponents
• Proven production experience with a major cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong written communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts to non-engineers
