Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proven experience with retail software applications, such as Aptos, Momentis, EDI, High Jump, Aptean, and Oracle Xstore.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as Topdesk.
