Roots is a proudly Canadian lifestyle brand that celebrates authenticity, quality, and community. The Click, Cut, Split Operator will be responsible for operating leather cutting, skiving and splitting machines, as well as prepare and die-cut lining panels accurately.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 30 plus pounds
• Must have fine finger motion
• Must have specific training or certification in operating cutting, skiving or splitting machinery
• Prior experience in a leather production environment, particularly in die-cutting, skiving or splitting roles, is preferred
