Requirements

• Lead a team of operators
• Execute the daily production schedule
• Monitor performance indicators
• Identify and address minor issues
• Support root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure operators follow quality procedures
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections
• Report quality deviations
• Maintain organized, clean, and compliant work areas
• Promote and enforce safe work practices
• Conduct pre-shift checks of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Communicate any material shortages, equipment problems, or process deviations
• Support smooth handovers between shifts
• Assist in onboarding and training new operators
• Cross-train team members
• Provide daily coaching, feedback, and encouragement
