Team Lead

Roots is looking for a Team Lead to assist in operational functions of the store, motivate the team, and promote a positive in-store experience. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in retail apparel, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment
• Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team
• Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports
• Strong organization, and problem solving skills
• Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated
• Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing and holidays
