Job Description
We are looking for a Service BDC Representative to join our dynamic team! This is a key customer-facing role focused on maintaining top-tier service appointment coordination and enhancing the overall customer experience—through phone and text communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using multiple software platforms, texting tools, and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—must be professional and personable over both phone and text
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
