Head of Finance, North America

The ROSEN Group is a global leader in providing cutting-edge solutions in all areas of the integrity process chain. We are looking for a Head of Finance, North America to oversee all aspects of accounting, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and tax compliance for multiple countries and legal entities. The role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a strategic partner to regional and divisional management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive finance experience
• Proven experience working effectively within a Private Equity (PE) owned environment
• Strong, demonstrable experience operating in the US market
• Experience working for a European-headquartered company
• Experience in the industrial services, technology, engineering, or energy sector
