The Head of Operations, Non-Destructive Testing will lead Non-Destructive Testing operations in North America, based in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep operational insight, and a commitment to excellence in inspection services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience in NDT, industrial inspection, or related technical operations
• Strong understanding of NDT methods and industry standards
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a technical or field-service environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting
• Operational strategy, process improvement, or project management
