RSD Body Electric - 12V Electrician I (63609)

The 12v Electrician I will route wires for the fire apparatus equipment as directed by wire diagrams and other technical drawings. They will be required to install 12v accessories such as sensors and lights, and fabricate boxes, mounts, and other equipment required to complete the electrical installation according to the blueprint.

Requirements

• Routes 12v electrical wires to equipment and follows a wire diagram.
• Connect lights, hose reels and other accessories to electrical boxes.
• Fabricate boxes, mounts, and other equipment required to complete the electrical installation according to the blueprint.
• Communicate with fabricators to have a complete installation.
• Fabricates wire harnesses to complete installation as needed.
• Utilizes basic hand tools, shear, and brake press as needed to complete objectives.
