Requirements
- Overall responsibility for operation, development and stability of our company applications
- Active design of digitalization through IT, automation and optimization projects
- Analysis and development of business processes in close cooperation with the departments
- Strategic further development of the application landscape as well as evaluation of new technologies (e.g. Cloud, Power Platform, AI)
- Requirements engineering, coordination of integration and interface projects (APIs)
- Use and further development of data, reporting and BI solutions for data-based decisions
- Ensuring performance, availability, IT security, compliance and data quality
- Technical guidance of external partners as well as consulting and enabling of key users (national and international)
- Several years of experience in application management or a comparable IT role with international involvement
- Technical or commercial education with strong IT affinity (HTL, HAK, Uni/FH or comparable)
- Very good understanding of system architectures, interfaces (APIs), data flows and digital business processes
- Experience in IT project management, ideally in international or group-wide projects
- Analytical, structured working method as well as high autonomy and steering competence
- Sovereign appearance as an interface between department and IT
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe as well as interest in international professional and technology conferences
