HSE Coordinator II

Role Overview

The HSE Coordinator II is a non-Exempt early career level safety position. It is a field-based position, focusing on safety oversight and compliance within construction environments.

What You Will Do

Conduct regular site inspections, identify and resolve hazardous conditions, support incident investigations, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting frequent walk-through inspections, identifying hazardous conditions, and participating in job pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Professional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understands basic job-site safety work practices and regulations
• Basic time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
• Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
• Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees within regional business unit, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
