Job Description
This position is responsible for daily project quality control, including review of all work items and material submittals. The Construction Quality Control Manager will implement the Quality Control Plan, coordinate with the Owner’s quality assurance representative, and oversee safety practices of on-site personnel and visitors.
Requirements
- Five to ten years’ experience as a Quality Control Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proven successful project history of maintaining quality, schedule, safety, and actual cost versus estimated cost
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience speaking to small groups
- Ability to relocate to Ross Group project sites
- Flexibility with work hours, with an average of 50 hours per week or as needed
