Assistant Store Manager

Responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager, including leading the entire operation of the Store in their absence. Assists in the analysis of Store reports, ensures proper scheduling of Associates, and maintains a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, and follow through to completion
• Ability to maintain high quality of Customer service
• Fluency in English
